THE WORK IS IN THE SPHERE OF BIOLOGY (MEDICINE), CRYSTALLOGRAPHY AND PHYSICS OF SEMICONDUCTORS

The purpose of work is.

  • Revision the International Standards Register of Biological systems, Crystals, New materials and Semiconductor devices, addend and approved New class.
  • Creation a small-size ultra-modern Institute of Crystallography AS of Armenia, equipped with unique industrial pattern equipment with departments of the physical and biological problems (on a turnkey basis).

  • Electron technologies.
  • High-resolution scanning (transmission) electron microscopy and spectroscopy (contrast shaping dynamical theory).

Practical output.

  • Development and creation of the New Generation of High-resolution scanning (transmission) electron microscopes with spectrometers.
  • Employment of the high-resolution scanning electron microscope in the capacity of electron-hole pairs injector (determination surface recombination velocity, lifetime and diffusion length of minority carriers in n-p junctions of semiconductor devices).
  • Development and creation of crystals, new materials and semiconductor devices.

    Technologies of biocryopreparation.

  • Receipt of high-native biomatrices and biopreparations.
  • Creation of the Bank of Bio-Matrices and Database of biological systems.
